As the Enterprise Applications Manager, I lead the strategic development, optimization, and governance of our ServiceNow environment—driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across the organization. I oversee a cross-functional development team responsible for designing and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications on the Now Platform.

As Enterprise Cloud Architect, I led the end-to-end transformation of legacy ITSM and business operations platforms into a modern, scalable ServiceNow ecosystem.
